Wellbeing These courses focus on cultivating physical, emotional and mental balance and wellbeing. They include authentic traditional and modern psychological approaches to health and lifestyle. They are suitable for everyone.
Retreats and Meditation For those who would like to spend in retreat, we offer a variety of deity, teaching and meditation retreats. Please check the flyers for details about the specific requirements and level of difficulty.
Beginning Buddhism If you would like to know a little about Buddhism and how it relates to our daily lives, these courses offer a gentle introduction. They include workshops on meditation, dealing with disturbing emotions, and courses on basic Buddhist ideas. They are suitable for everyone.
Exploring Buddhism If you are familiar with the basic principles of Buddhism, but would like to learn more about certain topics and practices, these courses are for you. They include the ongoing Discovering Buddhism programme and intermediate courses.
Advanced Topics and Traditional Geshe Teachings These include courses taught by our resident Tibetan teacher Geshe Phuntsok Tsultrim, (translated into English) and more advanced courses taught by other teachers. It is recommended that you have a good grasp of the fundamentals of Buddhist philosophy as these courses can be quite challenging.
Community and Social Fun social events for our community with an emphasis on sharing and celebrating. Here you’ll find information about our children’s program and learn how everyone in your family (even your pets!) can be involved in the center.
